On that same 990 tax form, Empower Texans reported spending $256,755 on marketing with a firm called Local Voice Solutions in Longview. The group also spent $364,102 with Vici Media Group, a company known for creating attack websites like the one used to go after Texas Alliance for Life Executive Director Joe Pojman last year.
